One reply on “Circa 1950 David Bradley garden tractor”
Used one of these as a kid. Granddad sold it when I was in college. I didn’t have a place for it or I would have bought it. He had a plow, disk, and I think even the sickle mower. But it didn’t have the tin.
Come to think of it, it was either a David-Bradley or a Monkey-Wards. Not sure they were really any different.
A rope pull (no sissy recoil spring) single lung Briggs (I think it was a Briggs — maybe a Tecumseh?).
Real steel, big cast levers, etc. That was a Tractor!
